Residents of Kryvyi Rih and IDPs received consultations from ADRA Ukraine lawyer
On November 16th, our professional lawyer Yevhen Strashko arrived in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro Region, as part of the mobile outreach team from Dnipro Protection Center. He provided legal consultations to citizens affected by the war as part of a project supported by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO) and Aktion Deutschland Hilft. On that day, 8 people applied for legal aid.
During the consultations, the lawyer provided clarifications on the following topics: extension of IDP payments in 2024, procedure for re-registering property rights, procedure for lifting property forfeitures, procedure for calculating the compensation for destroyed housing, procedure for purchasing housing with a cash certificate, and lifting bank account forfeitures.
