This week, people facing economic hardship may apply for participation in the UN WFP’s Transitional Cash Program in Mykolaiv
In October-November, the UN World Food Programme’s Transitional Cash Program will be launched in Mykolaiv. As part of the Programme, each registered household member (individual) may receive a cash benefit in amount of UAH 1,500 per month (maximum 5 people per household) instead of food kits during the period of 4 months. Therefore, Mykolaiv residents, who belong into the Hardship category, may apply for the new type of the assistance between October 9th and 13th. The separate registration will be arranged for individuals with I and II degree of disability. Individuals from vulnerable populations can apply Monday to Friday at the district offices of the Municipal Territorial Social Service Center with the support of ADRA Uktraine and local authorities.
