Since the beginning of the war, almost 3,000 people have stayed at volunteer center “Hostyna” in Dnipro, established with the support of the Assistance and Development Charitable Foundation. Currently, the center is home to 114 people evacuated from eastern and southern Ukraine, including women, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Since November 2023, ADRA Ukraine, as part of the LEAP project supported by Government of Canada, has provided financial assistance to the volunteer center to improve the living conditions of IDPs.

This financial assistance includes payment for utilities, transportation services for beneficiaries, free meals and food kits, household and hygiene products, personal care products, and assistance in provision of medicines.
