89 educational sets from ADRA Japan were handed over to schoolchildren of the Kyiv region
The charity organization ADRA Ukraine handed over educational kits of the office to children of primary school age in the city of Irpin and the village of Gatne, Kyiv region. First-graders and second-graders, including many children from displaced families, received the help. The donor of the project was ADRA Japan.
The sets were transferred to the centers of the public organization Save Ukraine, which is a partner of ADRA Ukraine and is responsible for their distribution. In Irpin, 24 educational sets were received by children at the Save Ukraine Hope and Healing Centers. In the village of Gatne, another 65 sets were distributed to the children of displaced persons living in the temporary shelter of the organization.
In addition to the standard list of school supplies, the sets include water bottles, lunchboxes and bags for changeable shoes.
Cooperation between ADRA Ukraine and Save Ukraine has been ongoing since October 2024, when both organizations signed a partnership memorandum. Save Ukraine actively works to save and restore children and families affected by the war, and also participates in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
