At the training in Vinnytsia, ADRA Ukraine psychologists told how women can return to a resourceful state
Within the framework of the project, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany and ADRA Germany, a group training for women took place in Vinnytsia.
During the event, participants got acquainted with the concept of resourcefulness, and also learned what needs must be satisfied in order to feel like a resource. They talked about eating and sleeping disorders, changes in habits that arose as a result of constant anxiety in conditions of daily instability.
Psychologists also used art therapy techniques that helped to understand what gets in the way in stressful situations, what character traits are most characteristic of a person and what prevents a person from developing.
The topic of hobbies and interests, which help to fill with energy, was also discussed at the training. In addition, participants tested on themselves the technique of the trust and rapprochement game.
