Psychologists of ADRA Ukraine held a training for internally displaced persons “Let’s talk about happiness”
Within the framework of the project, with the support of the Canadian government, a psychological group training was held for IDPs living in Bucha, Kyiv region. Psychologists helped the participants find the answer to the question of how to be happy in anxious times and demonstrated exercises that help overcome anxiety and panic.
At the end of the event that took place in a relaxed atmosphere over a cup of tea, the participants shared with each other their own formulas for happiness.
The program is implemented within the framework of Lifesaving Evacuation, Assistance and Protection (LEAP) project that also includes transportation assistance and financial assistance.
